EDIT: I was so put to shame by everyone else's awesome sheets that I decided that mine wasn't acceptable anymore. So what I have done is I've changed the sheet and updated the info, now everything should be more fleshed out and clear.

Personality
Xyliem is a reserved woman with very little need or desire to socialize. However in spite of this, she is slowly learning how to become a more approachable person for the sake of her Rogues. She'll often rely on other nobodies to give her cues about social rules a little more advanced than knowing when to say "thank you" or "sorry". By contrast her leadership skills are unmatched. She maintains cool composure when speaking about Rogue business, prioritizing rational when making decisions and keeping realistic expectations about her members' abilities.

Battle
As an Aikidokist, Xyliem uses the momentum and strength of her opponents to throw, sedate and apprehend them. The faster or stronger the enemy is, the easier it is to hurl them from their center of gravity. The key to her seemingly relaxed style of combat is a mixture of accessing an enemy's pressure points and her ability to move around her own centre in a way that is harmonious with the attacker. If dealing with projectiles or weapons, she simply evades them; evasion and dexterity being her best assets. Similarly when dealing with non-humanoid attackers, she will use her ability to dodge in order buy enough time so she can deduce where their pressure points lie. No matter what though, Xyliem's first and foremost priority in combat is to quickly neutralize the situation. Seldom will she let a fight go on for longer than it needs to.

Element
Neutrality as an element is used in a variety of ways. Firstly it helps her maintain a clear mind whenever she goes into battle, so nerves nor internalized tension ever get the better of her. Although offense based magic (e.g. fira, blizzara, thundra etc.) is her one major weakness, when it comes to spells designed to manipulate her senses, power levels or movement she can literally neutralize them, much to the frustration of anyone whose primary battle technique relies on this type of control (it should be noted that helping neutralize these afflictions on allies requires more time and concentration than just herself). With the exception of Heartless or beings of pure Dark, Neutrality cannot be used to directly hurt others. It is only when dealing with said denizens of Darkness does it become the definition of a weapon; stinging them like a hot iron and obliterating their entire being.

Berserk Form
"Cifra" is the form which Xyliem takes as a last ditch effort to end a large scale battle. An enormous bird with a 60ft wingspan, in order to access this state she must sacrifice 99% of whatever HP she has remaining. As Cifra, Xyliem is nigh unstoppable. She is able to harness Neutrality as beams of energy to successfully revert all stats sans HP, charisma and intelligence to zero, rendering magic, weapons and elements completely unusable (includes allies as well as enemies). This is only temporary though, but it lasts long enough to induce a cease fire among battlers until next time.
As with her element at normal levels, the only time this form actually causes damage is against Beings of Darkness. Cifra can decimate armies of Heartless with great ease, leaving a small dent on the power of Darkness. In spite of the overwhelming power of this state and the lack of time-limit, Xyliem will never assume it unless she is certain it is required. This is because she knows once she releases herself from that state; she will go unconscious almost immediately. Her body must then be protected and hauled out of the landscape by an ally as she will need a few days to recover.

Facts
• Can’t cast any magic other than Cure spells.
• Can often be found with some sort of drink in hand ranging anywhere between coffee, tea or alcohol. She even keeps a liquor cabinet in her office which is very well stocked.
• Has no sexuality or affinity for romance. Xyliem doesn't pick up on cues either if she is ever flirted with.
• Her Berserk form is a homage to Valefor (FFX).
• Has a pretty good singing voice, not that she ever uses it.

Personal Relationships
• Nyxim - As Xyliem’s natural opposite it seems odd to many why she was chosen to co-lead the Rogues, but that is precisely why she picked her. Nyxim acts as a balance to Xyliem’s analytical nature as well as providing a guide in how to function in social environments. In exchange, Xyliem keeps her grounded.
• Loxley - Of all the nobodies in Rogues of Axiom Loxley is the one closet to her in both personality and temperament. As RoA’s official Manager, Xyliem puts a lot of stock into him to get things done and done well. There is great respect between the two nobodies.
• Nyxx - Admires her loyalty in addition to her wiliness to follow orders. However the giant woman has a bad habit of unintentionally breaking things which irks Xyliem to some degree. As a result Xyliem will make provisions to Nyxx-proof the ship whenever possible.
• Grofx - As the ship’s security guard Xyliem is willing to overlook many of his… flaws. She knows he is capable of much more than he shows, not that she expects him to focus his energy anytime soon. As far as she’s concerned as long as he doesn’t break the Husk in two she’s fine with leaving him to his own devices.
• Norexin - As her former boss and enemy now turned subordinate, she finds his presence a strange phenomenon. While his attitude is less than savoury she can see glimpses of how broken he really is. As an organization filled with #Org-Infinitus cast-aways, she thinks he fits right in.
• Madnix - Tends to dismiss her scatter-brain train of thought with the understanding that that is just how she is. Having given Madnix her lab space, Xyliem has earned her respect. The two don’t much understand the other but either way they don’t seem to mind.
• Czarahaxis -As a new member Xyliem doesn’t have much to judge him on. He seems like a perfectly capable man who is able to execute orders without issue. He is someone she will be keeping a close eye on.
• Galexon - Despite his “rebellious teenage boy” attitude, Xyliem is intrigued by his new found sense of purpose. Given Roa’s underdog status she sees his element as a useful addition to the group. With any luck he can channel that power into something worthwhile.
